Day 1

I have started my personal project this morning. Having only F1 French Vanilla Shake as my breakfast at 6 am, my 1st detoxification process started around 9 am, 2nd @ 11 am and the 3rd @ 12 pm. I don't feel hungry at all the whole morning, had my proper lunch at Semariang with my usual gang and will be on F1 again this evening as my meal replacement.

Looks like I'm not going for aerobic at Pustaka today so if that's the case, I'll have to make sure all all the floors at home have to be mopped clean this evening.

Oh yeah, before I forgot, my weight as at today is 71 kg.

I am in the class right now showing my students how to create a blog. My students want to look at the tortoise army that I have taken a few weeks ago.

Oh gosh..I have not been blogging since December 2008. I think it is about time for me to start blogging again and at the same time I'm also in the lab showing how to create a blog to my students.
