Last weekend, I went to Choice Daily just to try my luck and see whether they have oyster or mussells and they did. So, I ended up buying a packet of mussells and a container of garlic butter. Went home, cleaned the mussells and then spread a genenous amount of garlic butter on each of the mussell.
Switched on my oven, preheated the oven for 5 minutes, turned it to 250 Degree Celcius and baked the mussells for 15 minutes. The end product..juicy and yummy..

so is this the one you always need to order at Western Restaurant?..guess not, coz so far I know only Richmond Place is service mussel nia.
